From start to finish I couldn't recommend O'Shaughnessy Car Sales more. I bought a X5, one of my more expensive car purchases in my life and being a secondhand car it had a few little problems at the start, unknown to anyone unless it just unfortunately happens . It broke down one day but they sent a recovery truck to my location and looked after me asap. The team were brilliant. From lending me a courtesy car (luxury), to making sure the X5 was brought to the right people, it was back on the road and good to go. It then started to burn a little oil due to some high mileage I was doing but again the team were great. Reassured me the car would be looked after. I went over my warranty on mileage but they still took it in to make sure everything was OK (they didn't have too might I add) and again gave me a nice courtesy car so I wouldn't be stuck for work. No arguing, no tantrums just doing their best to make sure the customer is always right. I'm delighted with the car and the service. I'll certainly be back again when it's time to upgrade.
Get on to them, you won't be disappointed!
